Why a TRIGINER rock picker and not others?

Because our machines have the highest performance with the lowest maintenance. That's it.

What a TRIGINER rock picker can do?

The machine is designed to rock pick stones from 2 cm up to 80 cm (and bigger) at 40 cm depth. All this at the same time with a tractor speed of 2,5 km/hour.

How does a TRIGINER rock picker work?

The blade digs in the soil  in an adjustable depth with the hydraulic hitch of the machine.
The rotating collecting drum feeds the stones into the lift chain, which works as a screen to separate the stones and the soil.
The stones are finally conveyed to the stone tank thru the lift chain.
The lift chain is made of high quality tempered steel pieces to give a longer live to it.

Where can I use this machine and why?

At your own fields or at your client's ones. Depending on how big the field is and how much time you can use the machine.

When can I work with the rock picker?

Of course, as drier the soil is, better performance you can obtain. It means that if the soil is wet, the machine may dump some soil into the stone tank.
We offer the ejector option, which can prevent the soil dumping.

Do I need to prepare the soil before rock picking?

It is not necessary, but it helps. A chisel or a subsoiler can break up the compacted soil.
If there is not many stones, it is preferable to make a first pass with a stone rake to reduce the space to be rock picked.

Where do i put the collected stones?

In a cliff or a ravine, or make a hole anb bury the stones.
The stones that the machine collects are cleaned of soil enough to be used in a gravery to make concrete.

Dump to ground, to trailer or even directly to trailer with a second elevator?
A rock picker with a dump to trailer system is much versatile than a dump to ground system. The piles of stones on the field can be higher and the machine can dump to any trailer or truck.
Actually we are developing rock pickers with second elevator that dumps the stones directly to a trailer without stop the machine.

How much HorsePower I need?

As much as possible, but a tractor with 100 HP is enough to work with a small rock picker.
The power of the tractor should be similar to the dimensions of the rock picker.

How can I upgrade the rock picker?

There are many ways to upgrade the rock picker, the most common is the hydrostatic system which offers the same performance of the belts. This system also gives the ability to avoid the PTO shaft from the tractor to the rock picker.

Do you give any guarantee?

Of course yes, all the rock pickers have a guarantee of 6 months from its delivery.

How much performance a TRIGINER rock picker can offer?

It depends on how much stones you have on the field and how much deep you want to dig to collect them. From 1 hour/acree to 6 hours/acree.

Which stone tank choose?

It is a common question that our clients ask us. In a dump to ground machine, as bigger the stone tank is, less time you spend going to dump.  It means go to dump the stone less times.

The dump to trailer rock picker doesn't need to go to dump if working with trailers. So,  a 3-4 cubic meters stone tank would be enough to make a good job.

Which is the expected life of the main chain?

It depends of the abrasivity of the soil. May vary between 1000 hours and 7000 hours of work.

Which is the expected life of a TRIGINER rock picker?

The machine is built with the highest quality steels, like abrasion resistan plates, tempered steels and lately the special steels A-HSS.

The chassis of the machine is not in contact with the stones, so this will have a long life.
Actually, we know that some of our rock pickers have worked more than 25.000 hours.

Do I need such a big machine?

Our smallest rock picker is 2 meters high and 6 meters lenght. Have the same working method and gives a good performance.
At the other side there is the DAM-8 , with 8 cubic meters of stone tank and 4 meters of height.
The two models are designed for different jobs, their owners use the machines as tools to make a specific work.

Why there are so many models to choose?

Since 1972, Maquinaria A. Triginer has built and developed many models, so at this moments we offer you a huge range of models for the exact needs you may have. We have sold several machines in our rocky country (Spain), from our philosophy of work, we have designed and manufactured a different model for each application.

How can I trust and believe in what is being said here?

We offer you all the information about our rock pickers. We don't have any reason to hide anything about the rock pickers, so we are proud to offer you as many videos as you require. Many of our customers have visited us in Spain to see the rock pickers working. It doesn't mean that you have to see it to believe it, but see a machine working is the best example.
